In previous Federations I've been a part of, they have divided different sections under their 'Roleplay' Area.

I.E: Face Lockeroom, Heel Lockeroom, GM's Office, Backstage Area, Parking Lot, Etc Etc.

This is directed at the other VGM's and GM/HVGM. But it's just a way to keep track of which Roleplays are where, as opposed to having a whole list and having to judge where it's happening. But that's just my opinion.
